<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on the <br /> <br />12th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1694 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING 'ro ACCEPTANCE OF <br />MILLWOOD AVENUE <br />from Wheeler Street to Fairview Avenue <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Floyd C. Olson and Midland-Videen, Incorporated, as developers, <br /> <br />have constructed that portion of the street known as Millwood Avenue, and pur- <br /> <br />suant to certain provisions of Village Ordinance, have undertaken to grade and <br /> <br />stabilize or cause to be graded and stabilized, and have placed with the Village <br /> <br />of Rosevil1e cashiers checks in the amount of $6,421.88 for the completion of <br /> <br />construction of said street within the plat known as Fairview Heights Plat 3, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />MILLWOOD AVENUE from Wheeler Street to Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Floyd C. Olson and Midland-Videen, Incorporated, have filed and <br /> <br />also made their request for approval and the final acceptance of said street by <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said street and <br /> <br />filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said street has been <br />
