EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 8th day of March, 1993 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: Maschka and Goedeke. Member Cushman moved that the following resolution be adopted: RESOLUTION NO. 8897 NORTHWEST YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES YOUNG FATHERS PROJECT WHEREAS, the Northwest Youth and Family Services Young Fathers Project will provide needed services to young fathers in Roseville and Ramsey County; and WHEREAS, the young fathers proj ect will provide benefits to low and moderate income persons; and WHEREAS, the young fathers proj ect will provide services to high risk target groups which are not served by any other agency. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville hereby supports the Northwest Youth and Family Services Young Fathers Project and recommends that it be funded by Ramsey County with Community Development Block Grant funds. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by MemberP. Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
