<br />EXtract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />12th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />, 196~, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustee Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were a bs ent: None <br /> <br />Menmer Goodrich introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1699 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RElATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING <br />TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED <br />62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improvements numbered <br />62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 as finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1964, was <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 19, 1964 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments and appor- <br /> <br />tionment of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement Numbered 62-2, <br /> <br />64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 on December 13, 1965, at which time assessments were amended <br /> <br />as provided by Resolution No. 1411 adopting and confirming reassessments and certi- <br /> <br />fied in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property <br /> <br />owners and <br />
