<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of FDs eville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Poseville" Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday" the 12th <br /> <br />day of December <br /> <br />1 196~ at 7:30 oJclock P.M. <br /> <br />Tbe following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarhohn, Trustees Curley, <br />GoOdrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Meniber Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1703 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of FDseville, Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ~ as finally <br />amended and adopted on November 9" 1959" was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of' previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No 0 2 was held on <br /> <br /> <br />Dec~eil~J l~ at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No~ g were <br /> <br />amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office of the <br /> <br />Cbunty Aud.i ior of Ramsey County on December 29 Ii 1?60 and <br />
