Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of R::>seville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Ibsevil1e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall At 2101 North Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, Minnesota, on MOnday the 12th day of December , 196~ at 7:30 0 'clock p.m. The following memebers were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption~ Resolution No. 1713 RESOLUTION REIATING 'ID AProRTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENT RELATING TO ROAD IMPROVEMENTS ON IONG LAKE ROAD, COUNTY ROAD B-2, ST. CROIX STREET . (Road Improvement 63-37) BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of R::>seville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for ROAD IMPROVEMENT 63-37 as finally amended and a- dopted on October 12, 1964, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later be~n divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1967 and thereafter,
