<br />Extract of ~nutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on M:>nday, the 12th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />December <br /> <br />, 196 ~ at 7:30 0 · clock P.M. <br /> <br />Tbe following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Sbields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Membe~ Goodrjcb introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1714 <br /> <br />RESO LOTION REIATING ro APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 4. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ~ as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on October 14, 1963, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property own- <br /> <br />ers and <br />
