<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall <br /> <br />in said Village on December 19, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock p.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />J:.1ember <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1721 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANCELLING ASSESSMENTS FOR SPECIAL ll'lPROVEMENTS <br />ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE IN 1966 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville acquired in 1966 the warranty deed for <br /> <br />tax delinquent property, the following parcel of property as hereinafter described, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said parcel of property had, at the tirne that it was acquired <br /> <br />by the Village, an assessment for local improvements which had been spread against <br /> <br />said parcel of property, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville now desires to cancel said spread assess- <br /> <br />ment because of its ownership of said parcel of property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLlDWS: <br />
