<br />Extract of Minutes: of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Ibseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly beld in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue", St. Paul, Minnesota, on M:>ndaYJ> the 9th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />January <br /> <br />, 196~ at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />!1.:1.yor Cedarhol1i1, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />[,!ember Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution. and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1724 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING rro APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. -1- as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on Oct. 4, 1957 <br /> <br />, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionm.ent <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ~ was held ou <br />July ll, 1958 and adjtlrned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No. .l:.... were amended as provided by said resolution of said date <br />and certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on Sept. 5, 1958 and <br />
