Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. L as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />CollDty and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. g, was held on <br /> <br />December 6~ 1?60 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No~ g, were <br /> <br />amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office of the <br /> <br /> <br />County Audl.i\or of Ramsey County on December 29; l~ and <br />
