Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. L as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was certified to the County Auditor of Bamsey <br />County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments.. and apportionment <br /> <br />of' previous assessments in respect to San! tary Sewer Improvement No ~ ~ was held on <br /> <br />Dec~ei 6, l~ at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No~ ~ were <br /> <br />~ended as proY1ded by said resolution of said date and certified in the office of the <br /> <br />County Audl.i~r of Ramsey County on December 2~p 1~60 and <br />
