<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey CountY$ Minnesota, was duly held in the <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />gth <br /> <br />day of January <br /> <br />, 196-1-, at 7:30 o'clock P.Me <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Hayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Menilier Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLu'rrON NO. 1727 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIA TING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RElATING TO SANITARY S:EWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 as last <br />- <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted. on October 13, 1961, was filed and certified to the <br />County Auditor of Ramsey Count,!' on November 15, 1961 for the purpose of including <br />installments thereof to be e()llected along with real estate taxes commending in <br /> <br />1962, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br />
