<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF HEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 23, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 23rd <br />day of January, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Shields, <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Mayor Cedarholm <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1735 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to improve Wagner Street between the <br />centerline of Woodruff Avenue and the centerline of Western Avenue by <br />installation of bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter, and <br />to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to <br />429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred to the <br />Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as <br />to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoinp resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor of the Resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br />
