EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF HEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JANUARY 23, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 23rd day of January, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Shields, Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel and the following was absent: Mayor Cedarholm Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1735 WHEREAS it is proposed to improve Wagner Street between the centerline of Woodruff Avenue and the centerline of Western Avenue by installation of bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a pre- liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoinp resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
