<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF t-,IEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON FEBRUARY 13, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting, of the <br />Village Council of the Villare of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the <br />Villap:e Hall in said Village on ~,londay, February 13, 1967, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Curley, Grauel, Goodrich and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1743 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of that area of <br />the Villa~e lying between County Road C-2, the west Villare limits, <br />Old T.H. #8 and new T.B. #8 by installation of sanitary sewer and water <br />filed with the Counei 1 on February 13, 1967, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. <br />This declaration is made in conforming to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />429.035. <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the Pub lic Works Director <br />and he is instructed to report to the Council \"i th all convenient speed, <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the prpposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as pro- <br />posed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost <br />of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Shie Ids and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted apainst: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
