<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 13, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 13th day of <br />February, 1967 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~layor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1744 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Ramsey did adopt <br />a resolution altering the designation of County State Aid Highway No. <br />46, within the corporate limits of the Village of Roseville as follows: <br /> <br />Revoke that portion of Cleveland Avenue from County Road B <br />to a point 1,280 feet south of the north line of Section 9, <br />T. 29, R. 23, and <br /> <br />Designate rerouted Cleveland Avenue from a point on the centerline <br />of Fairview Avenue (CSAH 48) approximately 75 feet north of the <br />westbound lane of T.H. 36, thence westerly and northerly to the <br />point of intersection with the west line of Section 9, T. 29, <br />R. 23, said point being on the centerline of previously existing <br />Cleveland Avenue (CSAH 46) approximately 1,280 feet south of the <br />northwest corner of said Section 9, and there terminating <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville that said alteration is in all things approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor of the Resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
