EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSr;VILLE, tvIINNESOTA, HELD ON FEBRUAJ~Y 13, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meetina of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~linnesota, was held in the Vi llage Hall in said Vi 11 age on Honday, February 13, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The followin,!'" members were present: Mayor Cedarho1m, Trustees Curley, Grauel, Goodrich and Shields and the follo\Vin9' were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1745 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that section of the Village lying between Snelling Avenue, T.H. #36, Cleveland Avenue, and the north Villaqe limits by installation of storm sewers and ditch improve- ments, and to assess benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Banister Enp'ineering Company for study and they be instructed to renort to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution \Vas duly seconded by Member Shields and upon vote being taken thereon, the followinr voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
