EXTRACT OF MINUI'ES OF t-lEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 13, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 13th day of February, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: ~1ayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1746 WHEREAS, legislation has been prepared and proposed which would increase compensation of the Municipal Judge and Special Judge of the Village of Roseville; and WHEREAS, it is recognized that the current compensation for the position is not commensurate with its responsibilities; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the Minnesota State Legislature be urged to enact legislation increasing the compensation for the ~mnicipal Judge from $6,000 to $7,200 a year and for Special Judge from $25 to $30 a day. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: All present and the following voted against same: None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
