<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Poseville, Bamsey County" Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul" Minnesotaj on Monday, the 13th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />February <br /> <br />1 196~ at 7:30 o~clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />~myor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1748 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of' Roseville, Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WBEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. L as finally <br />amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was certified to the County Auditor of Bamsey <br />County and <br /> <br />WBEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. S. was held on <br /> <br />Decembet 6~ l~ at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No~ ~ were <br /> <br /> <br />amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office of the <br /> <br />Cbunty Audi\or 02 Ramsey County on December 29J! l~ and <br />
