Paul, Minnesota, on }bnday, <br /> <br />the l3tb <br /> <br />da.y of <br /> <br />February <br /> <br />, 196.:f-, at 7: 30 0 I clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1753 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-7 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village O:>uncil of the Village of R:>seville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WH:ImEAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 64-7 as finally a- <br />mended and adopted on October 11, 1965, was certified to the County Auditor of <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of paroels of property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous pro- <br /> <br />party owners and <br />
