EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF rlEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, RAr-ISEY COUUTY, MINNESOTA FEBRUAI~Y 20, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, [.'linnesota, \vas held at the Village Hall in said Village on February 20, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: ~layor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Shields and the following was absent: Trustee Goodrich ,'-1ember Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RJ~SOLlJTION NO. 1764 IJHEREAS, Resolution No. 1739 was passed on .January 23, 1967, establishing a canvassing board meeting of the Village Counei 1 for 5 o'clock p.m. on February 23, 1967; and WHEREAS, the Council must meet on the same date with the Planning Commission at 7:30 p.m. and it would be inconvenient to hold two separate meetings; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 1739 is hereby amended to change the meeting time for the canvassing board on the special election for authorization of bonds for acquisition of the golf course from 5 0' clock p.m. on February 23, 1967, to 7:15 o'clock p.m. on February 23, 1967. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution \lIas duly seconded by Member Grauel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
