<br />RESOLUTION NO. 1765 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County <br />Minnesota <br />Held February 23, 1967 <br /> <br />A special meeting of the Village Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was held at the <br /> <br />Village Hall in said Village on February 23, 1967, at 7:15 <br /> <br />o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: 1\Iayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Cur ley, Graue 1 and Shie Ids <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Trustee Goodrich <br /> <br />The Village Clerk presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication and posting of notice, in accordance with the resolu- <br /> <br />tion adopted January 23, 1967, to vote the special election <br /> <br />held on February 21, 1967, on the question of issuing bonds <br /> <br />in an amount not exceeding $290,000.00. The Clerk also <br /> <br />presented the statements of canvass made by the Election <br /> <br />judges. The affidavits and statements were duly examined <br /> <br />and ordered placed on file 1n the office of the Clerk. <br /> <br />The Council then inspected the mechanical recording device, <br /> <br />on each voting machine used at said election, showing the <br /> <br />number of votes cast for and against each proposition voted <br /> <br />on at said special election, and compared the number of votes <br />
