HELD ON MARCH 13. 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville. Minnesota. was he ld in the Village Hall in said Vi llage on Monday. March 13. 1967. at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: ~1ayor Cedarholm. Trustees Shields. Grauel and Goodrich and the following were absent: Trustee Curley Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1766 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville. Minnesota: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Matilda Street between Minnesota Street and Bismarck Avenue. by installation of sanitary sewer. water and bituminous surfacing together with concrete curb and gutter. filed with the Council on March 13. 1967. is hereby declared signed by the required percentage of owners of property effected thereby. This declaration is made in conforming to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Bannister Engineering Company and they are requested to report to Council with all convenient speed. advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields and upon vote being taken thereon. the follow- ing voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
