<br />EXTRACT OF MINlJfES OF lYlEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD ON MARCH 13. 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville. Minnesota. was <br />he ld in the Village Hall in said Vi llage on Monday. March 13. 1967. <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~1ayor Cedarholm. <br />Trustees Shields. Grauel and Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1766 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville. Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Matilda <br />Street between Minnesota Street and Bismarck Avenue. by installation of <br />sanitary sewer. water and bituminous surfacing together with concrete <br />curb and gutter. filed with the Council on March 13. 1967. is hereby <br />declared signed by the required percentage of owners of property effected <br />thereby. This declaration is made in conforming to Minnesota Statutes <br />Section 429.035. <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the Bannister <br />Engineering Company and they are requested to report to Council with all <br />convenient speed. advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br />the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Shields and upon vote being taken thereon. the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
