EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON ~IARCH 13, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, March 13, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Shields, Grauel and Goodrich and the following were absent: Trustee Curley Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1768 WtlliREAS pursuant to the resolution the Council adopted January 23, 1967, a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of Wagner Street between the centerline of Woodruff Avenue and the cuI de sac to the east, and this report was received by the COlmcil on t-larch 13, 1967; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as Amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $7,508.00. 2. A public hearing shall be heard on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of April. 1967 in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon voted being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None \vHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
