EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~ffiETING OF Ttlli VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MI~~ESOTA, HELD ON ~~RCH 13, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 13th day of March, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: Trustee Curley Membe r Graue 1 moved its adoption. introduced the following Resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 1769 WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Roseville that the road hereinafter described should be revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville that the road described as follows, to-wit: County Road C (C.S.A.H. 23) along or near the Northern Pacific Railroad right-of-way from Hamline Avenue eC.S.A.H. 50) to Victoria Street (C.S.A.H. 52) be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said Village subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
