EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON tvIARCH 13, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 13th day of March, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: rv~yor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following were absent: Trustee Curley Member Grauel its adoption. introduced the following Resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 1770 WHEREAS, it appears to the Village Council of the Village of Roseville that the street hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500: NOW, niEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville that the road described as follows, to-wit: That portion of County Road C (C.S.A.H. 23) from Hamline Avenue eC.S.A.H. 50) to Victoria Street eC.S.A.H. 52), lying parallel to and approximately 750 feet north of the south lines of Sections 2 and 3, Township 29 North, Range 23 West be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said Village, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of. this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the Village of Roseville, to be numbered and known as ~1unicipal State Aid Street No. 225.
