<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON ~~RCH 13, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Vi llage C ounci! of the Vi llage of Rosevi lIe, Minnesota, was he ld <br />in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 13th day of March, <br />1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1771 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Ramsey did adopt a <br />resolution altering and revoking the designation of County State Aid <br />Highway No. 23, within the corporate limits of the Village of Roseville <br />as fo llows: <br /> <br />Part revoked: That portion of County Road C (C.S.A.H. 23) from <br />Hamline Avenue (C.S.A.H. 50) to Victoria Street (C.S.A.H. 52), lying <br />parallel to and approximately 750 feet north of the south lines of <br />Sections 2 and 3, Township 29 North, Range 23 West. <br /> <br />Part designated: County Road C (C.S.A.H. 23) along or near the <br />Northern Pacific Railroad right-of-way from Hamline Avenue (C. S.A.H. 50) <br />to Victoria Street (C.S.A.H. 52); <br /> <br />NmV', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, that alteration and revocation is in all things <br />approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
