<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON tvlARCH 13, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br />in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 13th day of <br />March, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />~Iayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Shie Ids, Graue 1 and Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member Shields <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1773 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Village Council adopted its 1967 Budget <br />in Resolution No. 1638, dated October 10, 1966; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Village Counci 1 wi 11 acquire the Rosevi.lle <br />Golf Course and operate it as a municipal golf course in 1967; <br /> <br />WIlliREAS, said golf course operation was not contemplated in the <br />adoption of the 1967 budget in October, 1966; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Villa~e of <br />Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. That a Golf Course Fund be created to handle all operating <br />transactions of the municipal golf course. <br /> <br />2. That the 1967 Budget be amended to include the Golf Course <br />Fund with an appropriation of $22,740; thus, increasing the <br />total 1967 Budget to $3,666,746. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Goodrich and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly nassed and adopted. <br />
