<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2101 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on MOnday, the 13th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />, 196 L at 7: 30 0 I clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Grauel, <br />Goodrich and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member Graue 1 <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1777 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIATING TO CONSOLIDATED STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOs. <br />65-7, 65-8, 65-9, 65-31, 65-43, 66-11, 66-14 & 66-15 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for the Consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements as <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted by Resolution No. 1635 on October 10, 1966, was certified <br /> <br />to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREA~since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said <br /> <br />assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the <br /> <br />original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold <br /> <br />or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that <br /> <br />the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of <br />
