<br />RESOLUTION NO. 178 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, St. Michael's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Roseville, <br />as owner, has dedicated a certain street known as Fry Street and pursuant to <br />certain provisions of Village Ordinance, has undertaken to grade and stabilize <br />or caused to be graded and stabilized said Fry Street from the center line of <br />West County Road B to the center line of Eldridge Avenue, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, St. Michael's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Roseville <br />has filed and also made its request for approval and the final acceptance <br />of said street by the Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said street, <br />and filed his report inr'licating that the construction of said street has been <br />completed in accordance with all the requirements of the Village Ordinance and <br />recommends the acceptance of said street by the Village. <br /> <br />NOW 'IHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Fry Street from the center <br />line of West County Road B to the center line of Eldridge Avenue be and is <br />hereby accepted by the Village of Roseville as a Village Street and that <br />St. Michael's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Roseville be and is hereqy re- <br />leased fran any further liability for construction and maintenance of said <br />street. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council this~day of1FE~At~, 1958. <br /> <br /> <br />r:;.;J~~^ ~2 <br /> <br />~YOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~ <br />
