Trustees Shields. <br />Grauel and Goodrich <br /> <br />anci the follm.dng were absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the follomng resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1781 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO P~PORTIOI~NT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER Il~ROV@~NT NO'-2- <br /> <br />DE IT RESOLVED BY the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as f()llows: <br /> <br />WHfi:REI\.S, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.5 as finally <br /> <br />muended and adopted on October 12, 196h, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey COU!lty and <br /> <br />WH.EREAS since that date a nurnber of parcels of property contained wi thin said <br /> <br />assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous :propert;y own- <br /> <br />ers and <br /> <br />\-JlIEllliA3, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of <br /> <br />the original assessment against each original traet where it has later been di- <br /> <br />vided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the <br />
