<br />EXTRACT or MINUTES OF NEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF HOSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON !v'.ARCH 20, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Villa;l!e of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />held in the Village Hall in said Villap-'e on Monday, March 20, 1967, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Shields, <br />Trustees Grauel and Goodrich <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Cedarholm and Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1783 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of <br />Hand Avenue adjacent to Lots I through 6, Block 8 <br />and Lots 43 through 48 Block 7, Joys Rice Street <br />Addition, by installation of sanitary sewer, water and <br />bituminous surfacing, filed with the Council on March 20, <br />1967, is hereby declared sipned by the required percenta~e <br />of owners of property affected thereby and this declaration <br />is made in conforming to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the Public Works <br />Oirector and he is instructed to report to the Counei 1 <br />with all convenient speed advisin,p: the Council in a <br />oreliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasib Ie and as to whether it should best be made as <br />;>roposed or in connection with some other improvement and <br />the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the forel!oini! resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Graue 1 and unon vote being taken thereon, the <br />followinv. voted in favor thereof: all present <br />and the followinJ! voted against: none <br /> <br />WHElli3lJPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
