EXTRACT OF ~HNUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, ~lINNESOTA, HELD ON MARCH 27, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rerular meeting of the Villarre Council of the Villa"e of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called andheld at the Village Hall in said Village on March 27, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Shields, Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel and the following- was absent: rlayor Cedarholm. Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1790 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution the Council adopted tvlarch 20, 1967, a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to the improvement of Hand Avenue adj acent to Lots 1 throufh 6, Block 8 and Lots 43 throu!?,"h 48, Block 7, .Joys Rice Street Addition by installation of sanitary sewer, water and bituminous surfacin~; and this report was received by the Council on March 27, 1967; N01ii, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $4,650.60. 2. A pub lie hearing shall be he 1d on such nroT)osed improvement on the 17th day of April, 1967, in the Counei 1 Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall rrive mailed and published notice of such hearing on the imnrove- ment as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the forcgoinp' Resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote beinp- taken, the following voted in favor of the Resolution: All present and the followinf! voted against the same: None \\'HEREUPON, THE said resolution was declared duly passed and adoPted.
