IZtJ /lfL/ Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council Village of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota April 10, 1967 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 10th day of April, 1967, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The fo llowing members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel. and the follow ing were absent: Trustee Shields The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub- lication of notice of hearing on proposed Improvement No. 66-27 in accordance with the resolution adopted March 13, 1967, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be fi led by the Manager. The Vi llage Manager a Iso exhibited a Certificate of Mailing N~tice of Hearing to all affected property owners, which certificate was examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. The ~~yor then directed the Manager to read the description of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improvement and the area proposed tc be assessed therefor, as stated in the published notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the names and addresses of the persons appearing and heard by the Council, and the substance of the views presented by them IMere as follows: No one appeared.
