<br />EXTRACT OF ~1INUTES OF ~IEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, :'lIN.\JESOTA, IJELD ON APRIL 10, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetill? <br />of the Village Council of the Villape of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village ilall in said Village on <br />April 10, 19b7, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The followin,l!, members were <br />present: <br /> <br />/iayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Trustee Shields <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the fOllowing resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIO~J ;JO. 1798 <br /> <br />\JiIEREAS, the Roseville Village Council on >larch 13, 1967, <br />authorized the issuance of a Village Warrant under Council Resolution <br />No. 1775 for purchase or the Roseville Golf Course; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was intended that this l\"arrant would be repaid in <br />a specific time period; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RtSOL VED by the Vil1a~e Council of <br />Roseville, ~linnesota, that Warrant 12363 in the amount of $274,000 <br />dated f,larch 16, 1967, issued to the Williamsburg Green Comp;my, a <br />partnership, be repaid the First National Bank of St. Paul, holder <br />of the warrant, not earlier than June 29, 1967 and not later than <br />September 29, 1967. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoinV ReSOlution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken the follow- <br />ing voted in favor of the Resolution: All Tlresent <br /> <br />and the following' voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly nassed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * <br />
