EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON APRIL 17, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 17th day of April, 1967. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel and Goodrich and the following was absent: Trustee Shields Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1799 WHEREAS, the resolution the Village Council adopted March 27, 1967, fixed the date for Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Hand Avenue adjacent to Lots 1 through 6, Block 8 and Lots 43 through 48, Block 7, Joys Rice Addition, by install- ation of sanitary sewer, water and street surfacing, together with necessary drainage appurtenances; AND WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications as required was given and a hearing was held thereon on the 17th day of April, 1967, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution 1790, adopted March 27, 1967. 2. The Public Works Director is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None IVHEREUPON the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
