<br />Bidder <br /> <br />Orfei and Sons, Inc. <br />McDonald - Luben <br />Nodland Associates <br />Lametti and Sons <br />Walbon Excavating <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />$39,102.32 <br />39,617.60 <br />41,524.65 <br />42,704.15 <br />42,783.00 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it appears that Orfei and Sons, Inc. of St. Paul, <br />Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated <br />price of $39,l02.32, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Orfei and Sons, Inc. for $39,102.32 <br /> <br />in the name of the Village of Roseville for Improvement Nos. <br />66-17 and 66-25 according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the Village Council and on file <br />in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Trustee Grauel and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
