EXTRACT OF ~lINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON ~~y 8, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 8th day of May, 1967, at 7: 30 P. M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel, Goodrich and Shields. and the following were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1806 WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution the council adopted March 13, 1967, a report has been prepared by the Banister Engineering Company with reference to improvements on Matilda Street between the center- line of Minnesota Avenue and the centerline of Bismarck Avenue by installation of sanitary sewer, water and street surfacing, together with concrete curb and gutter, and this report was received by the Council on May 8, 1967; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Council will consider the improvements on such street in accordance with the report and the assessment of the abutting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, at an estimated total cost of the improvements as follows: a. b. Sanitary sewer improvement (Improvement Watermain (Improvement 67-16) Street surfacing with concrete curb and gutter (Improvement 67-17) 67-15) $ 5,130.00 4,980.00 15,470.00 c. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 19th day of June, 1967, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 p.m. and the Village Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing of the improvements as required by law.
