EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON MAY 8, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 8th day of May, 1967, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: ~1ayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel, Goodrich and Shields and the following were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the followinz resolution and moved its adoption: ruffiOLUTION NO. 1807 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the area bounded by Roselawn Avenue, Snelling Avenue, Skillman Avenue and Aldine Street by installation of storm sewers, filed with the Council on May 8, 1967, is hereby declared signed by the required percentage of owners of property effected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. 2. TIle petition is hereby referred to the Public Works Director and the Bannister Enp:ineerin,g Company and they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon vote being- taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
