<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON MAY 8, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 8th day of May, 1967, <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: ~1ayor Cedarholm, <br />Trustees Curley, Grauel, Goodrich and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the followinz resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />ruffiOLUTION NO. 1807 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of the area <br />bounded by Roselawn Avenue, Snelling Avenue, Skillman <br />Avenue and Aldine Street by installation of storm sewers, <br />filed with the Council on May 8, 1967, is hereby declared <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />effected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance <br />with Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />2. TIle petition is hereby referred to the Public Works Director <br />and the Bannister Enp:ineerin,g Company and they are instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising <br />the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement <br />and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon vote being- taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
