<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of FDseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Boseville, Ramsey County" Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota.., on Monday, the 8th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />M~y <br /> <br />, 196..I..-:. at 7=30 o"clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1809 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER OO'ROVEMENT NO. 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of FDseville, Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ~ as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br />CoUl:l.ty and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />ot previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 was held on <br /> <br />Dec~e1 ~~ l~ at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No~ g, were <br /> <br />amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office of the <br /> <br />County Audi\or c4 Ramsey County on December 29", 1960 and <br />
