<br />// <br /> <br />~/FI <br /> <br />WERE.liS, Mr. Houck is now taking the position that having offered <br />to pay the above assessments in full to the Village of Roseville before <br />they were certified to the County Auditor's office for collection, he <br />should not be penalized for the interest which was added to his first <br />installment; furthermore he has been, and still is, willing to pay the <br />full amount of the assessment, as now determined, in the sum of $1958.16, <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the correct amount of the <br />total assessment of both parcels is $1958.16, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />determines the total amount of the assessment for both parcels to be $1958.16 <br />and that Mr. Houck legally tendered same to the Village of Roseville on <br />November 4, 1957, the full amount before accrual of interest, and further <br />resolves that the County Treasurer of Ramsey County be and is hereby requested <br />and authorized to settle and accept $1958.16 as full payment for the total <br />assessment on both parcel (1) and (2) herein, and that the amount of $177.16 <br />and $52.52, respectively, duly certified to the Treasurer of Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, for collection with the 1957 tax on Parcel (1) and (2) herein, <br />be abated in accordance with petition filed by Leo J.
