<br />Ex:tract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuan t to due call and notice thereof" a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville" Ramsey County" Minnesota" was duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Iexington Avenue" St. Paul" Minnesota" on Monday" the <br /> <br />8th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />May <br /> <br />, 196~, 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarho1m, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br />and. the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1814 <br /> <br />RmOLUTION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIATDO TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 65-17 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville" Minnesota" <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 65-17 as <br /> <br />finalJ.y amended and adopted on October 11" 1965 was filed and certified to the <br /> <br />County Auditor of Ramsey County" and <br /> <br />~S parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified" have since been divided and conveyed by property owners" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of <br /> <br />original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, <br /> <br />Bold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Vii-llage of Roseville in order <br />that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br /> <br />of pr9perty thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and diVided, to commence <br />
