<br />RESOLUTION NO. 182 <br /> <br />Cont. <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />duly held on the 15th day of April, 1958, the following Resolution was offered <br />by Hammer~ten, seconded by Carlson, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans and specifications for <br />the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway No. 118 renumbered as Trunk Highway <br />36 within the corporate limits of the Village of Roseville at intersection of <br />Snelling Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, <br />Saint Paul, Ninnesota, being marked, labeled, and indentified as State Proj. No. <br />6212 (T.H. 36-118); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said specifications are on file in the office of the Department of <br />Highways, Saint Paul, t-'iinnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as State <br />Proj. No. 6212-70 (T.H. 36-118), which, together with the l"linnesota Department <br />of Highways Specifications for Highwqy Construction, dated July 1, 1947, and <br />Supplement No. 1 to the Minnesota Department of Highwa~s Specifications for <br />Highway Construction, effective April 15, 1953, on file in the office of the <br />Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement <br />of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS copies of said plans and specifications as so marked, labeled, and <br />identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the term llsaid plans and specifications" as hereinafter used in the <br />body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and in- <br />corporate the plans and specifications as in the foregoing recitals particularly <br />identified and described. <br /> <br />NOW, THF~, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and specifications for the improve- <br />ment of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as Trunk Highwqy Number 36 within the <br />limits of the Village of Roseville be and hereby are approved. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTill~R RESOLVED that the elevations and grades as shown in said plans <br />and specifications be and they are hereby approved and consent is hereby given to <br />any and all changes in grade occasioned by the construction of said Trunk Highway <br />Number 118 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 in accordance with said plans <br />and specifications. <br /> <br />Upon the call of the roll the following members voted in favor of the Resolution: <br />Carlson, Brennan, Hammersten and McGee. <br />The following members voted against its adoption: None - whereupon the Mayor <br />and presiding officer declared the Resolution adopted. <br /> <br />Dated: April 15, 1958. <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />v i~LAGE CLERK <br />
