<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the city <br />Hall on Monday, the twenty-second day of March, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. <br />Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: P. Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8912 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR 1993 CONTRACTS A and B <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council the City <br />Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for the <br />following Improvements and has presented such plans and specifications <br />to the Council for approval: <br /> <br />1993 Contract A -- P-93-02, Neighborhoods 58, 62, and 66 <br />P-93-04, Neighborhood 62 (Parker Avenue--MSA) <br />ST-93-07, Neighborhood 58 <br />ST-92-27, Wewers Road/Rice Street storm drainage <br /> <br />1993 Contract B -- P-93-02, Neighborhoods 59 and 60 <br />P-93-03, Neighborhood 60 (Garden Avenue--MSA) <br />P-93-08, victoria ball field reconstruction <br />and Valley Park pathway <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Roseville, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, <br />and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare the cause to be inserted in the <br />Roseville Review, the official newspaper, and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for bids for <br />1993 Contracts A and B shall be published as required by law, shall <br />specify the work to be done, shall call the bids on the basis of <br />cash paYment for such work, shall state that the bids will be <br />received by the City Manager and Public Works Director as follows: <br /> <br />Contract A <br />Contract B <br /> <br />April 21, 1993, at 10:00 a.m. <br />April 22, 1993, at 10:00 a.m. <br />
