EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON ~~y 8, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Rosevi lle, Minnesota, on Monday, the 8th day of May, 1967, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Grauel, Goodrich and Shields. and the following were absent: None ~'Iember Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1825 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March 27, 1967, a report has been prepared by the Bannister Engineering Company with reference to the improvement of Pascal Avenue from Brooks Avenue to Rose Place and Rose Place from Pascal Avenue to a point approximately 520 feet east of the centerline of Pascal Avenue, by installation of storm sewers, and this report was received by the Council on May 8, 1967; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the VillaQ:e Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report and the assessment of the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $14,320.00. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 19th day of June, 1967, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing of the improve- ments as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Shields, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
