<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON ~~y 8, 1967 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington <br />Avenue, Rosevi lle, Minnesota, on Monday, the 8th day of May, 1967, <br />at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Trustees Curley, Grauel, Goodrich and Shields. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />~'Iember Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1825 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted <br />March 27, 1967, a report has been prepared by the Bannister <br />Engineering Company with reference to the improvement of Pascal <br />Avenue from Brooks Avenue to Rose Place and Rose Place from Pascal <br />Avenue to a point approximately 520 feet east of the centerline of Pascal <br />Avenue, by installation of storm sewers, and this report was received <br />by the Council on May 8, 1967; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the VillaQ:e Council of <br />Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of the <br />abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br />at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $14,320.00. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on the 19th day of June, 1967, in the Council Chambers of <br />the Village Hall at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing of the improve- <br />ments as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Shields, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
