<br />RESOLUTION NO. 183 <br /> <br />ilJHEREAS, it appears that Christian r. Petersen is the owner of <br />the following described parcel of land situated in the Villaf;e of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, McCarron Hills, <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it also appears that by Resolution of the Village of <br />Roseville on October 3, 1957, said Lot 4, Block 1, McCarron Hills, was <br />assessed for benefits on account of installation of sewer in the sum of <br />$453.75, payable in twenty (20) years, which assessment of $453.75 was paid <br />by said Christian p. Petersen to the Village of Rosevi1le on November 1, 1957, <br />and, <br /> <br />WH~REAS, it appears that sain assessment was erroneously certified <br />to the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and of which the <br />installment in the amount of $50.86 is payable with the 1957 tax. <br /> <br />N~J THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Rosevi11e determines <br />tha t the total amount of the assessment for said lot in the amount of $453.75 <br />was paid to the Village of Roseville November 1, 1957, and that the same was <br />erroneously certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and that the <br />same should be cancelled and terminated and that the sum of ~50.86, being <br />payable with the 1957 tax, should be rebated to said Christian p. Petersen <br />in accordance with the petition filed by Christian p.
