The followinq, members were present: rlayor Cedarholl", Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 1831 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, flINNESOTA. 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Rose Place between the centerline of !'Jalnut Street and the 1'linnesota Trffilsfer Railway tracks by installation of sanitary sewer, filed with the Council on Ilay 22, 1967, is hereby declared to be simed by the required rercentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance Ivith r1innesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the Pllblic i'Jorks Director and he is instructed to renort to the Council with all convenient speed, advisinr: the Counci 1 in a prelilninary way as to \vhether the proposed inprove'1'ent is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as pronosed or in connection with some other imnrove- ment and the estimated cost of the inrrovcrr,ent as recorcrlended.
