<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />The village Council of the Village of Roseville duly met in <br /> <br />regular session at the Village Hall on Monday, June 12, 1967, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, curley, <br /> <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields: and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1838 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY <br />REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT NO. 66-30 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering <br />Company, village consulting engineers, 310 Snelling Avenue, Saint <br />Paul, Minnesota, to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasi- <br />bility of a proposed improvement consisting of the construction <br />of approximately 3500 lineal feet of storm sewer, 15 inch to <br />42 inch in size, together with the construction of approximately <br />650 lineal feet of 18 inch outfall storm sewer. This improvement <br />will serve properties along the north side of Roselawn Avenue <br />between Pleasant Street and a point approximately 800 feet east of <br />Cleveland Avenue. The surface drainage will be conveyed to Walsh <br />Lakes lying largely within Midland Hills County Club property with a <br />controlled outlet to the low ground in the westerly portion of the <br />country club golf course and adjacent to State Trunk Highway No. 280. <br />
