<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT NO. 66-30 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the Village Council Chambers, <br />2701 North Lexington Avenue, on the 10th day of July, 1967, at <br />7:30 o'clock p. m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Storm Drainage <br />Improvement No. 66-30 consisting of the proposed construction of <br />approximately 3500 lineal feet of storm sewer, 15 inch to 42 inch <br />in size, together with the construction of approximately 650 <br />lineal feet of 18 inch outfall storm sewer. This improvement will <br />serve properties along the north side of Roselawn Avenue between <br />Pleasant Street and a point approximately 800 feet east of <br />Cleveland Avenue. The surface drainage will be conveyed to Walsh <br />Lakes lying largely within Midland Hills Country Club property <br />with a controlled outlet to the low ground in the westerly portion <br />of the country club golf course and adjacent to State Trunk <br />Highway No. 280. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open <br />to public inspection in the office of the Village Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at approxi- <br />mately $98,769. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment includes all that part of sections 16 and 17, T. 29, R. 23 <br />lying within the following described boundary: <br /> <br />Commencing at the S. E. corner of the N 1/2 of section 17, <br />T. 29, R. 23: thence W'ly along the South line of said <br />N 1/2 of said section, said south line also being known as <br />Roselawn Avenue, approximately 3300 Ft., to the intersection <br />with the centerline of Pleasant Street: thence N'ly along <br />said centerline l8l.50 Ft. to the extended north line of <br />Lot 15, Block 2, Garcelon's Addition: thence E'ly along <br />said extended north line and north line approximately 495 <br />Ft. to the SW corner of Lot 9, Block 1, of said Addition: <br />thence N'ly to the NW corner of Lot 6, Block 1, of said <br />Addition: thence E'ly approximately 490 Ft. to the West <br />line of Block 2, Carpenter Addition: thence S'ly along said <br />West line approximately 215 Ft. to the NW corner of Lot 7, <br />Block 2 of said Carpenter Addition: thence E'ly along the <br />North line and extended North line of said Lot 7 to the <br />centerline of Midland Hills Road: thence S'ly along said <br />
