EXTRACT OF MINlITES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 12, 1967 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on .June 12, 1967, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Councilmen Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shie Ids. and the following were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1839 WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Rose Place between Walnut Street and the cuI de sac to the east by installation of sanitary sewer was duly presented to the Council on May 18, 1967; and WI~REAS. pursuant to resolution the Council adopted May 22, 1967, a report has been prepared by the Public Works Director with reference to the improvement and this report was received by the Council on June 12, 1967, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Council finds and determines that such petition is signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the street named as the location of the improvement: 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Resolution No. 1831 adopted by the Council on May 22, 1967; 3. The Public Works Director is hereby designated the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon vote being taken the follow- ing voted in favor of the resolution: All present and no one voted against sarne. WHEREUPON the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
