<br />RESOLUTION NO. 184 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Roy V. Peterson is the owner of the <br />following described parcel of land situated in the Vil18ge of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 3, Lakecrest Addition <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WrlliREAS, it also appears that by Resolution of the Village of <br />Roseville on October 3, 1957, said Lot 1, Block 3, Lakecrest Addition, was <br />assessed for benefits on account of installation of sewer in the sum of <br />$LJ53.75, payable in twenty (20) years, which assessment of :$453.75 was paid <br />by said Roy V. Peterson to the Village of Roseville on November 1, 1957, <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that said assessment was erroneously certified <br />to the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and of which the <br />installment in the amount of $50.86 is payable with the 1957 tax. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Roseville determines <br />that the total amount of the assessment for said lot in the amount of ~453.75 <br />was paid to the Village of Roseville November 1, 1957, and that the same was <br />erroneously certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and that the <br />same should be cancelled and terminated and that the sum of $50.86, being <br />payable with the 1957 tax, should be rebated to said Roy V.'Petersonin'accor- <br />dance with the petition filed by Roy V.
