<br />RESOLUTION NO. 185 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held - March 19, 1958 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting and public <br />hearing of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at Alexander Ramsey High School in said Village on Wednesday, the <br />19th day of March, 1958 at 8:00 o'clock P.M.. <br /> <br />The following members were present: All <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the meeting was open for the consideration of <br />a proposed sanitary sewer improvement in the Village. The Clerk promlced an <br />affidavit showing publication of a notice appearing on the improvement two <br />weeks in the official newspaper of the Village, the last publication being <br />on the sixty day of fJiarch, 1958, which affidavit was examined and ordered <br />placed on file. The Nayar then calle d upon all property owners ano interested <br />individuals present either for or against said proposed improvement. <br /> <br />The proposed sanitary sewer system was explained to the individuals <br />present by the village engineers, Banister En~ineering Company, and the <br />Village bond consultant, Peter S. Popovich. <br /> <br />The following appeared in favor of said improvement: <br /> <br />Emmet Williams, Superintendent of Roseville Schools <br />Leon Sabine, Treasurer, f'i1oun(ls View Schools <br />Mr. Brown, Chairman of Roseville Industrial Committee <br />hr.
